Account & sign-in
Trouble signing in or accessing your account? Email us from the address you signed up with and we’ll help you get back in. You can review and manage your account anytime from Account Settings.
Billing & Pro subscription
Manage or cancel your subscription from Account Settings. If you subscribed through the App Store, your subscription is managed in the iOS Settings app under your Apple Account. For billing questions, email us at team@pensionforge.com.
Data & privacy
Unauthenticated calculator work stays local to your browser, and saved scenarios are tied to your account and protected by per-user database security. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
Reporting a bug or a calculation question
If something looks off, email us with what you were doing and what you expected to see. PensionForge projects estimates based on current FRS rules and the inputs you provide, for educational purposes only — if a projection doesn’t match your expectations, let us know and we’ll take a look.
